I believe we are familiar with the story of Hannah , Elkanah and Peninah . Peninah had children and Hannah had none .She lorded this fact over Hannah especially when they went to worship .She would provoke poor Hannah to irritate her.It bordered poor Hannah so that she became depressed and stopped eating sound familiar?Yet her husband still loved her greatly and gave her a double portion.Lets personalize the scripture," but to you the lord has given a special portion because he loves you even though you may wonder why you dont have what you want yet .All I know is that we.like Hannah can either consider what we do not have or what we have been given.
Satan wants to destroy your countenance so that you cannot worship God.He wants you to focus on what you do not have so that you cant enjoy what you do have.
But I want you to remember this, God has given you a double portion of blessing .You have double the time because its all yours to do with as you please without having to check with anyone else.You have double the money to spend because it is all yours you dont have to split it with any one.Double the space to stretch out and fill your world with all that you want in it and double the resources to explore purposeful living.Enjoy it while you can.
Dont put life on the hold waiting for somebody else to complete it .Savor everyday as if it was your last and squeeze every single drop out of it..Remember tomorrow is not promised.What can you do to enjoy yourself today, do it. and do it with gusto .And when you refocus and take one day at a time,your mate will come in a way you least expect.
Remember Hannah,,at the fullness of time the desires of her heart was granted
