Your underlining desire for a companion might be to find somebody to love you and cherish you and do everything to make you happy.to you being loved by somebody is the answer to your hearts desires.unfortunately I have to burst your bubble because the greatest test to show that you are ready to marry and remain married is your readiness and willingness sacrifice your pride , your time ,and whatever else and to be ready to give ,give ,and give without counting the cost.If we are ready to follow Gods model of love, we must be of the mindset to give more than we receive.After all it is more blessed to give than to receive.The greatest delight of love as we know it is pouring it out on someone who recognizes the worth of your offerings but unfortunately that might not always be the case.
When you give love to someone unconditionally they will never be the same because of you .Love is deep ,profound and life changing .not every one has the capacity or ability to respond to it adeptly,yet it never fails to affect all that it touches.
Before we can go any further with this conversation about love,you need to know that before you can love anyone unconditionally your love for God and yourself must be intact so lets get the order straight .God first ,you second ,then everyone else after that .If these areas are not addressed it can only lead to unhappy love exchanges that never give you the fulfillment that you want or rightfully expect .Yes the act of receiving true love and having a fulfilled marriage begins with you and this whole love thing is really between you and God .If you cant get it right with loving God, the one who created love and is love personified, then how will you get it right with any other person.This ability to love unconditionally must begin even before any man comes into your life.It is not a sudden thing but a gradual process but don't be alarmed start learning it and you will surely get there.
